Salary: AED 60K–AED 120K a year
Position: Van Salesman cum Driver
Travel Allowance, Medical Insurance, Sales Incentive
Sales & Order Management
· Visit restaurants daily following a strict weekly/monthly route plan across different Emirates.
· Promote and sell restaurant packaging items to new and existing clients.
· Take orders systematically and ensure accurate documentation.
· Maintain strong relationships with restaurant and catering clients.
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
· Generate invoices directly from sales transactions (mobile/POS/manual).
· Collect ready cash or cheques and maintain accurate payment records.
· Track and report accounts receivable for each customer.
· Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
Driving & Delivery
· Safely operate the company van across assigned areas, strictly following UAE traffic laws.
· Load, deliver, and offload packaging materials professionally and on time.
· Ensure vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance.
· Maintain daily stock levels in the van based on route requirements.
· Perform daily inventory reconciliation and report stock balance and variances to the warehouse manager.
· Ensure no product loss, damage, or mismanagement.
Reporting & Discipline
· Record daily sales, collections, inventory movements, and customer feedback.
· Adhere to a structured route plan for efficient and consistent customer visits.
· Submit end-of-day reports and maintain sales discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or logistics are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or driving role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local routes is advantageous.
• Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, English, and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills for managing sales records and transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading products, along with the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
• Detail-oriented mindset for managing inventory and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
