Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily transport routes for workers to and from job sites
- Maintain a roster of drivers and ensure proper shift coverage
- Monitor vehicle availability, condition, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and transport regulations
- Track attendance and transport logs to support HR and site operations
- Liaise with camp management, site supervisors, and fleet vendors
- Respond to transport-related emergencies or delays and provide quick resolutions
- Maintain records of fuel usage, mileage, and driver performance
