Child Safety-Focused Role:
Manage student transportation for international schools like GEMS and American School of Dubai, overseeing fleets of 20+ buses and ensuring compliance with Dubai’s strict school transport regulations.
Compensation Package:
- Monthly Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,500 (1,900−1,900−2,600)
- Base Pay: AED 5,500 + AED 1,500 supervisor allowance
- Performance Bonus: Up to AED 500/month for perfect safety record
- Summer Pay: 50% salary during July-August break
- Schedule: 5:30am-2:30pm (split shifts available)
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory Certifications:
- RTA School Transport Supervisor License
- First Aid/CPD Certification
- Child Protection Training
- Experience:
- 2+ years UAE school transport experience
- Knowledge of KHDA transport guidelines
- GPS tracking system proficiency
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct morning bus inspections at depots
- Train new drivers on “No Child Left Behind” procedures
- Handle parent communications via school apps
- Coordinate with Dubai Police for route approvals
