Exclusive Hospitality Position:
Manage aquatic and land transportation for guests at premium resorts like Zaya Nurai Island and Saadiyat Rotana, operating luxury tenders and electric buggies.
Earnings Structure:
- Monthly Package: AED 18,000 – 25,000 (4,900−4,900−6,800)
- Base Salary: AED 12,000
- Service Charge: AED 4,000-8,000 (shared among staff)
- Gratuities: Average AED 2,000 cash tips monthly
- Schedule: 6 days weekly (accommodation provided on-island)
Unique Requirements:
- Licenses:
- UAE Powerboat License (50+ GT)
- Luxury Butlering Certification
- PADI Dive Master qualification (preferred)
- Skills:
- Expert in VIP water transfers
- Marine wildlife knowledge
- Champagne service training
- Languages:
- Fluent English + Arabic/Russian
- Basic sign language (for disabled guests)

- Operate Nautor’s Swan 48 tenders
- Maintain Rolls-Royce Cullinan resort vehicles
