Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Steel Products: Safely drive company trucks to deliver steel products, including finished goods, to designated locations across the UAE.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the Logistics and Dispatch Officer.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of driving logs, deliveries, including delivery notes, invoices, and any other relevant paperwork. Obtain necessary signatures and confirm receipt of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations. Maintain a clean driving track record with no at-fault accidents or traffic violations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients by being courteous, professional, and responsive to their needs during delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE Driving License: Possess a valid UAE light driving license, preferably manual.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3-ton light vehicle driver
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE road network, safety regulations, and handling of steel products. Experience with GPS systems and route planning.
- Skills: Strong driving skills, ability to operate 3ton truck safely, and excellent attention to detail.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, good vision, and hearing to ensure safe driving.
- Language: Hindi speaker is required.
