Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations
Pick up and deliver the designated warehouse or distribution center.
Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers’ specified locations within the allotted timeframe.
2. Communication
Communicate with the dispatch team to confirm routes, schedules, and delivery priorities.
3. Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance
Ensure the delivery vehicle is maintained in good working condition.
Perform routine checks on the vehicle, such as fuel levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
Report any vehicle-related issues to the supervisor for timely maintenance.
4. Compliance
Follow all traffic laws, road safety guidelines, and company policies.
Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive items during transit.
Provide suggestions to improve the delivery process based on on-ground experiences.
Key Skills and Qualities
Strong knowledge of local roads and navigation tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Valid UAE License Catergory 3 and Catergory 4
Known to RTA Rules and Regulation
