Job Description
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to clients, including operating both standard rental vehicles and luxury limousines. The role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service, and adherence to company and legal standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and internal policies.
- Provide professional, punctual, and courteous transportation for clients.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled before each assignment.
- Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the vehicle.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or damages.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, or vehicle defects to management.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Follow scheduled routes and adapt to traffic or weather conditions as necessary.
- Use navigation tools and communication devices effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially with VIP or corporate clients.
- Coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding schedules, routes, and updates.
- Support vehicle delivery, pick-up, and fleet management operations as required.
- Comply with all safety protocols and transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous professional driving experience (limousine, chauffeur, or rental service preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Ability to lift and assist with luggage handling.
