About the Role:
Laundry heap is a fast-growing tech start-up transforming the laundry and dry cleaning industry. Offering 24-hour pickup, cleaning, and delivery, we operate in 13 markets worldwide. Following a strong launch, we’re looking to expand our young, dynamic team as we continue our international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete timely pickups and deliveries of customer orders
- Handle garments and items with care
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers
- Report any customer or operational issues to the management team
Requirements:
- Must own a vehicle (medium-sized car, large hatchback, 7-seater, or van)
- Valid legal status in the UAE
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Ability to communicate in English
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Energetic, proactive, and dependable
- Presentable appearance and clean, well-maintained vehicle
- Strong driving skills and knowledge of local areas
Block Timings:
5 PM – 11 PM
Compensation:
- Minimum 140 AED per block
