Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Car Recovery Driver to provide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services across the UAE. The ideal candidate will operate a recovery truck to tow or transport broken-down, accident-damaged, or illegally parked vehicles safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate recovery vehicle (flatbed/tow truck) to transport cars, or light commercial vehicles.
- Respond to customer breakdowns, accidents, or vehicle immobilization on time.
- Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles for transport.
- Navigate using GPS and follow designated routes.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (job reports, receipts, and inspection reports).
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of recovery vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and traffic authorities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic and safety laws.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License – Category 3 or Category 4 (heavy vehicle license depending on vehicle type).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in vehicle recovery or heavy vehicle driving.
- Good knowledge of roads and traffic laws across the UAE.
- Basic mechanical skills to diagnose minor issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and loading tasks.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with a recovery company or roadside assistance provider.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electronics and breakdown diagnostics.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English or English/Hindi/Urdu) is an advantage.
