We are seeking friendly Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations. This role requires excellent navigational skills, a deep understanding of road safety, and the ability to manage time effectively. Responsibilities: – Safely transport passengers to and from various destinations. – Follow pre-determined routes on a schedule. – Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. – Perform daily safety and maintenance checks. – Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of the bus. – Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring special attention to those with disabilities or special needs. – Collect fares and issue tickets. – Communicate with passengers and provide information regarding schedules, routes, and transfers. – Handle emergencies or disturbances aboard in a calm and professional manner. – Complete logs and reports including mileage and fuel consumption. Requirements: – Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with passenger endorsement. – Clean driving record. – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous experience as a bus driver is preferred. – Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. – Excellent navigational and route management skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. – Must be punctual and reliable. – Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
