Critical Energy Industry Role:
Transport personnel and equipment to offshore oil rigs in the Arabian Gulf using high-speed crew transfer vessels (CTVs) and multicats.
Compensation Package:
- Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – 22,000 (4,080−4,080−5,990)
- Base Pay: AED 12,000 + AED 3,000 sea allowance
- Hazard Pay: Additional AED 2,000 for rough weather operations
- Rotation Bonus: 30 days paid leave after 60 days continuous service
- Schedule: 60 days on/30 days off (24-hour on-call during rotation)
Special Requirements:
- Certifications:
- UAE Coastal Navigation License (Grade II)
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- OPITO-approved HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
- Physical:
- Pass ENG1 Seafarer Medical
- Swim test with full PPE
- Experience:
- 500+ logged hours in Gulf waters
- Dynamic Positioning System operation
Operational Highlights:
- Operate Damen Fast Crew Supplier 2610 vessels
- Navigate using integrated bridge systems
- Handle sensitive drilling equipment transfers
- Coordinate with ADNOC marine controllers
