We are currently looking for a candidate who will be responsible for collecting, submitting, and delivering company documents, cheques, and other important materials between offices, clients, banks, and government departments in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities :

  • Collect and deliver cheques, invoices, and other official documents to clients, banks, or suppliers & etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle documents securely.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and administration departments regarding submission schedules.
  • Maintain a proper filing for collected and submitted documents.
  • Perform other messenger or office support duties as required.

Requirements :

  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Basic communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
