Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our real estate team. The Driver will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services for staff, clients, and documents, as well as assisting with property viewings and operational errands. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, knowledge of UAE roads, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle).
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE road networks, locations, and traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Presentable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive documents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company staff, clients, and visitors to and from destinations as required.
- Assist agents and clients during property viewings by ensuring smooth transportation to scheduled locations.
- Handle deliveries and collection of documents, checks, and other important items related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, tires, brakes, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Keep accurate mileage logs, maintenance records, and fuel receipts.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as airport pickups/drop-offs, office errands, or supporting the property management team as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy when interacting with staff and clients.
