Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED2,700.00 per month
Driver Responsibilities:
- Timely Staff Transport: Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off of staff members to and from their designated work locations according to the daily schedule.
- Daily Equipment Check: Inspect all cleaning equipment in the vehicle at the start of each day to ensure readiness and proper functioning.
- Assistance with Materials: Assist staff in loading and unloading cleaning materials safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Monitoring: Check the stock levels of cleaning materials in the vehicle and inform the office administrator when replenishment is needed.
- Route Optimization: Use GPS tools and Google Maps to plan the most efficient routes prior to departure.
- Traffic Management: Adapt to shorter or alternate routes in case of traffic congestion or roadblocks.
- Fuel Conservation: Switch off the vehicle when idle for extended periods to save fuel.
- Vehicle Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean at all times and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Staff Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of staff members during transportation.
- Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain proper records of fuel bills, receipts, and daily activities; submit daily reports to the designated supervisor or administrator.
