Job description
Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner across designated routes.
Follow delivery schedules and route plans as assigned by the supervisor.
Load and unload items from the vehicle with care to avoid damage.
verify the accuracy of delivery items against invoices or delivery notes.
Collect payments or obtain customer signatures where required.
Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
Maintain regular communication with dispatch and report any delays, accidents, or issues.Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Provide professional and respectful customer service during deliveries.
Report any customer complaints or feedback to the supervisor immediately.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license (light vehicle or motorcycle, as applicable).
Proven experience in delivery or logistics is preferred.Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery applications.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages.
Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Basic communication skills in English or Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, if required.
