Job Summary:
We are hiring 150 Car Wash Pilots to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves driving and delivering high-quality car washing services at various customer locations. If you hold a valid UAE Category 3 driving license (manual or automatic) and have at least 1 year of UAE driving experience, this is your opportunity to earn a fixed salary + commission in a stable and supportive work environment.
Salary & Commission:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 2,080
- Attractive Commission Structure:
- Pressure Wash: AED 18 per wash (starting from the 5th order daily)
- Premium Wash: AED 22 per wash (starting from the 5th order daily)
Shift Details:
- Shift Duration: 11 hours (includes 1-hour break)
- Shift Type: Rotational Day & Night Shifts
- Location: Dubai,UAE
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License – Category 3 (Manual or Automatic)
- License should be at least 1 year old
- Exceptions considered for licenses 8+ months old
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles to reach customer locations
- Perform standard and premium car washes professionally
- Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Log completed jobs for accurate commission tracking
