Job Overview
FITT Meals Catering Services LLC takes pride in ensuring timely and professional delivery of our products to customers. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Dispatch Driver who is committed to maintaining high service standards, adhering to delivery schedules, and demonstrating professionalism on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport food products to customers and business partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per the assigned schedule.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of food products during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and fuel consumption.
- Adhere to UAE traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in food product delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai roads.
- Willingness to work long hours, including night shifts (Overtime paid when required).
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Good grasp of understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Should have the capability to stand for long periods of time.
