Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,500 per month
- Driving and Transportation: Providing transportation for team members, clients, or materials.
- Team Supervision: Overseeing and directing the work of a team of technicians, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Soft Services Management: Supervising tasks like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, or other soft services as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all operations adhere to safety regulations, client guidelines, and company policies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, resolving issues, and managing conflict.
- Logistical Support: Providing administrative support, such as scheduling, coordinating tasks, and maintaining records.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the course of operations, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
