Job Purpose:
To provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for company officials, employees, and guests, while ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with company and traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company officials and staff to various destinations as required.
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport at all times.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and serviceable condition – performing daily inspections and reporting any issues.
- Monitor vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits) and notify the relevant department before expiration.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Keep records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service schedules.
- Assist with delivery and collection of documents or goods when required.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive company matters or conversations.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle, as applicable).
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
- Familiar with UAE routes, roads, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when needed.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- No major traffic violations or criminal background.
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience driving for company executives or management.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling confidential information
